Unseen currently serves approximately 250 employer clients and 15-20 strategic partners, including global employers and talent service providers.
Following strong organic growth and multiple acquisitions, the business has reached approximately GBP 10m in revenue and is preparing for its next stage of scale, targeting GBP 40m-GBP 50m revenue over the coming years. This growth will be delivered through a determined and proactive acquisition strategy, as well as organic revenue growth.
We are now entering that next stage, with an ambitious plan to expand our market presence through an integrated, segment-led commercial model.
The Role
Working closely with the sales team and wider commercial function, the Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building pipeline across both employer and partner markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging target organisations, initiating conversations with key stakeholders and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
This role is particularly suited to an ambitious, commercially minded individual who is looking to develop a career in B2B sales within a high-growth technology and services business.
