Our acquisition process takes between three and six months depending on the size of your company and the structure of the transaction.

Next we’ll dig into the detail. This involves analysing your financial and operational information and meeting with key team members to assess current culture and employee engagement. Once we’ve completed our evaluation and are satisfied that we can help your company achieve its potential, we’ll work together to define what ‘excellent’ looks like post-acquisition, creating the blueprint for what will happen next. Finally, we’ll make you a compelling offer, sign on the dotted line and welcome you aboard.
