Zac’s journey began as the founder of GradTouch, a Manchester-based tech start-up and graduate careers platform.

He’s since acquired and scaled 8 other businesses, forming Unseen. Zac now focuses his time on meeting with other founders and business leaders who have the potential to join and drive forward the group’s mission of reimagining talent strategies and transforming career journeys.

As someone with a Manchester United season ticket and an unhealthy obsession with Diet Coke, Zac is living proof that even the best of us have our flaws.

Dee is an organisational psychologist who’s spent her career helping fast growing companies build effective working cultures that are centred around operational excellence. A long-time partner for VC corporations such as Seedcamp, Frontline Ventures and Enterprise Ireland and with behemoths like Meta, Airbnb and Twitter under her belt, Dee knows what it takes to transform and scale a company from the inside out.

Not only does Dee set the standard for how Unseen and our brands put ourselves out there into the world, she’s also a qualified yoga teacher and is casually completing her Clinical Doctorate on the side. As you do.

James is an experienced commercial leader and former Managing Director of a successful London-based recruitment and executive search firm.

With over 20 years’ experience developing successful growth strategies and building commercial teams James is also a respected and trusted executive coach who’s worked with tech sector leaders in both the UK and US to help them thrive professionally and personally.

Outside of all that, James can be found exploring the outdoors with his kids, doing CrossFit (to varying degrees of success), and reading poetry in between holes on the golf course.

John is a highly experienced CFO and Chartered Accountant (FCA ICAEW) with particular expertise in acquisitive businesses, having completed more than 30 business acquisitions during his career.

Prior to joining the Unseen team in 2024, John spent the first 9 years of his career at a top 10 accountancy practice in the corporate finance team and was CFO at a listed IT managed service business for 16 years, which culminated in delivering a successful public to private exit transaction to achieve value realisation for the shareholders.

John now leads the Finance division at Unseen, playing a crucial role in the acquisition and integration of businesses into the Group.

When not embroiled in the finance operations of Unseen, John can normally be found on a weekend somewhere in the UK with a downhill mountain bike centre.

Theo is a skilled tech leader with over 14 years’ experience in leading software engineering teams to deliver industry-leading rec-tech and ed-tech products.

Passionate about driving business growth through technology, Theo leads the centralised Tech team and is responsible for overseeing the strategic integration of software and systems into the Group.

When not buried in code and processes, Theo is an avid skier, traveller and hot wings enthusiast.

Sean is an experienced storyteller who has been with Unseen since the beginning, playing an integral role in the development and progression of the Group’s brand, proposition and visual identity.

Sean manages the centralised marketing team at Unseen where he leads the integration and promotion of new brands, products and services into the Group.

Sean likes to cycle, watch live music, and is a devoted Everton fan. He dreams of a day when he can watch his team play without holding his head in his hands.
